Celebrating a milestone moment at LMRC's Radiography Pinning Ceremony! Last month, 12 dedicated graduates received their Associate of Science Degree in Radiography at Regis College's Eleanor Casey Theatre in Weston, MA. With proud faculty, family, and friends cheering them on, they embarked on their journey into the world of radiography.

And the celebrations didn't stop there! Many of these talented individuals also had the honor of crossing the stage at Regis College's 94th Commencement ceremony the following day at the Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston's vibrant Seaport district. Congratulations to our graduates!

LMRC faculty and alumni, Vicki Gamez and Tom Gunning, presented their research on the integration of mental health concepts throughout the nursing curriculum at the ATI National Nurse Educator Summit 2024 in Salt Lake City April 7-10th.

By incorporating mental health throughout the curriculum, LMRC students' performance on standardized exams has improved.

Nursing students from section 101 "Foundations of Nursing Practice" presented their group poster summarizing their evidence-based research related to Patient Safety, one of the six competencies of the QSEN Institute (Quality and Safety Education for Nurses).

The activity is part of the class's segment on Teamwork, Delegation, Leadership and Professionalism. Each student group is assessed by both professors and peers on how well each member contributed to the overall research and poster development process, as well as articulated the concepts when presenting.
