Learn how to self treat your fascia everyday by attending my MFR Yoga class. This free class is solely intended to help you succeed in growing your awareness in everything fascia. This class is for everyone, even if you have never taken a yoga class before. Yoga is about creating a non-judgmental safe place for you to heal. In a "MFR" Yoga class you are encouraged to complete only the activities that feel right for you and success is about finding the cause behind your symptoms.

Recently I heard another John F. Barnes myofascial therapist say, "what if it never happened?" What a thought! Since our fascia retains memory we should think differently rather than believing the same story. At times we can become victims of our thoughts and its not easy to change the dialogue. Sometimes it's a simple phrase and other times it takes a lot of work. I would rather go through my day enjoying it rather than feeling let down by circumstances. We all survived a trauma at some point in our lives. Just try telling yourself what if it never happened and see if it works for you. When you say it feel it like it's real. This may be easier than you think so just allow yourself to be free of the restrictions in your mind and body. Of course you need to do the work but guide your thoughts as well.
