Our next 10-session series of Managing Anger and Strong Emotions classes begins Thursday, August 31.
A licensed therapist will teach adults aged 18 and over how to understand, self-validate, and manage their feelings in healthier ways. Participants will learn to approach anger with curiosity and regulate their emotions using coping techniques and skills that will positively impact their lives.

Looking for detailed ticket info? We're happy to announce that once again our Tuesday evening show on June 6 is free to all! Admission to the morning hunter/jumper classes is free each day.
๐ Evening admission is $5 Wednesday through Saturday, and children under 3 get in free.
๐ The ticket booths open at the Founders Pavilion and at the Tanner Pavilion gate at 4 pm Wednesday - Saturday, and at 3:30 on Friday and Saturday.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, or PCIT, is an evidence-based treatment approach for parents of young children (ages 2-7) who exhibit challenging behaviors. PCIT is conducted through sessions during which a parent and child are observed interacting with each other. The therapist provides in-the-moment coaching for the parent, with progress measured weekly.
