FIRST SNOW! Who’s excited?! ❄️

Hello! 💛

I thought it's time I do an introductory post. For those that don't know me, I'm Brittney or Brit. I'm 27, but I can relate to anyone between the ages of 17-97. My mental age is all over the place! I grew up in Kuna, ID from the time I was born until about 17. As a kid, I would describe myself as headstrong, brave & loyal. I've always held tightly to the friendships and relationships I've made many of my friends I've known since elementary age.

When I was around 17 I moved into an apartment with my older sister, Samantha. Where I met my now husband, Brandon. Back then he was my "hot neighbor" who lived below us. Every day after work I would find myself barging into his apartment. Until he started locking his door.. 😅then I would very politely ring his doorbell over and over until he let me in. Did I force him to love me? Yes. But look at this happily ever after.

In 2013 we moved to Wenatchee, WA. Where I found out I was pregnant with our first daughter.. She is, and always has been so caring, tender, giving, always the first person with open arms to share her love. In 2015 we were able to buy our first house! YAY! Even to this day, the BEST investment we ever made.

In 2017 I got pregnant with our second daughter. Who like me is very headstrong, passionate, loyal, unintentionally funny & so so damn cute! That same year we sold our first home and headed back to Idaho (FINALLY)!

That's where I made full circle and bought a home in Kuna. We have made a beautiful life and are surrounded by my family and all my nieces and nephews! One of the best part of having babies is watching the relationships they have with their cousins. (Working on convincing his parents to move here.. hopefully one day!)

In 2020, I went to school for real estate. Because why not make big moves at the start of a global pandemic?! Fast forward to today, and I'm so grateful for all the support and growth I've made. The median sales price for homes in Ada County was $533,950 in October, a slight 0.2% decrease from the September median sales price.

Inventory was up 158.5% from last year!

We’re starting to see a shift in our market. While homes still sold for near record highs for the last few months, we haven’t seen the same month-over-month price jumps and properties aren’t flying off the market quite as fast as they were this spring and summer.

It’s a great time to think about buying or selling!
