How much does it cost..everyone’s favorite question ☺️💰

While yes, there is a cost to me coaching you, there is also a cost to me not coaching you as well…

What will it cost you to continue hiding behind others in pictures?

-lack of fun at family events

-fewer memories to look back on

-constant fear that others are hiding you

What will it cost you not having energy to get through the day?

-lack of quality time with your kids?

-zero energy to put towards bettering your relationships with friends?

Over 10lbs down - with a VERY busy schedule. 😱

This client has tried several diets in the past.

She had herself convinced she just couldn’t lose the weight, and nothing worked for her.

What am I talking about?

The extra servings, or handfuls, of food we don’t take into account.

If you want to lose weight, you HAVE TO BE in a caloric deficit! Period.

These extra:

👉🏽 Two cookies
👉🏽 Handful of nuts
👉🏽 Oil and/or butter in your cooking
👉🏽 Spoonful of ice cream before you put it back in the freezer (I am definitely guilty of this one)

This 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙨 𝙪𝙥 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 and just one of these examples can add up to 350-500 calories 𝙀𝙓𝙏𝙍𝘼 a day!

That’s more than what you burn on an average workout!

Don’t forget, you 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 cheat food.

Want to build muscle? Then you need to understand the three main mechanisms of hypertrophy: metabolic stress, mechanical tension, and muscle damage 🏋️‍♂️💪🧬.

Metabolic stress is when you create a buildup of metabolites in your muscles, causing them to swell and fatigue. Mechanical tension is the force you put on your muscles through weightlifting or resistance training. And muscle damage is the micro-tears you create in your muscle fibers when you lift weights or do other intense exercises 🩸🔨🦾.
