How do you know if you need physical therapy?

Seeing a physical therapist isn't just for athletes or those who have had surgery or injury to their muscles. It can be for anyone who experiences the following:

Three signs that you might need to strengthen your wrists:

1) Intermittent pain throughout the day. Whether you sit at the computer most of the day or you work with your hands, it's important to take care of your wrist pain before and after you get done with your work day.

2) Numbness/tingling around the wrist. This could be a sign of pressure on a certain area of the arm or wrist.

3) Constant pain. If you have constant pain or severe pain, it might be time to see a physical therapist.
