PTs and massage therapists differ in many ways, especially in their education. Pts must earn a doctorate degree from a nationally accredited institution in order to practice. Once they graduate and pass the licensure exam, they must usually pass a jurisprudence exam for the state they wish to practice in so they can earn their license to practice from their state board. For massage therapists, they must complete academic and clinical hours from an accredited massage therapy school and pass a licensure exam through the state board.
Goals:
⭐️ Massage Therapists: relaxation and pain relief
⭐️ Physical Therapists: decrease pain and improve daily function
Having lower back pains? Schedule a cupping session with our team to help with the back pains.

An anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury is the over-stretching or tearing of the anterior cruciate ligament in the knee. It is one of the most vital bands of tissue that help connect your thigh bone (femur) to your shinbone (tibia). Depending on the severity of your ACL injury, treatment may include rest and rehabilitation exercises to help you regain strength and stability, or surgery to replace the torn ligament followed by rehabilitation
At Rebbe Rehab, we have knowledgeable PTs that can help you with your ACL injury. Our PTs will evaluate your situation and give you a thorough evaluation of the injury. From there they will provide you with the right treatment.
Not all therapists are created the same so here is a quick checklist on what to look for in your physical therapist!

Disk herniation is often the result of gradual, aging-related wear and tear called disk degeneration. As people age, the disks become less flexible and more prone to tearing with even a minor strain or twist. It is not always possible to prevent a herniated disk but you can reduce your risk by exercising, maintaining good posture, and stopping smoking.
At Rebbe Rehab, we are always proactive in identifying risk factors that may predispose our patients to injury or inhibit their physical performance. We perform a comprehensive evaluation leading to a plan of care that addresses risk factors that may lead to injury. Come get your assessment today!
