Join Carly as she guides you through an amazing Vinyaya Flow Yoga class ending with savasana and then group Reiki. This class for everyone! No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please join with a pillow and/or blanket to keep you comfortable during the savasana. You will end the class feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Welcome to FerroneFIT. My main goal is to achieve a high level of member satisfaction with the variety of classes provided. We are an intimate group of amazing people bringing all we've got to each and every class along with a smile!
This is ME.... I have been a Fitness Instructor since 2015. I teach a variety of Fitness classes for Teens, Adults, Men and Women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS. I began instructing Fitness classes after being a member of a small local studio to get in to shape for my wedding. At the time, I was a in the dental field but I fell in love with all aspects of the small, intimate studio vibe. I decided, after a few months, that I had to leave the only career I had ever known and dive head first in the fitness world and become an instructor! I did just that and I have never looked back! Teaching is my PASSION! I have been an instructor at Express Fitness Studio, located inside Express Dance and Acrobatics for over 2 years and have deemed it my fitness home! As of December 2018, it will become FerroneFIT within Express Fitness Studio.
I am a highly energetic, motivated and a bubbly person and I strive to bring that to every one of my classes. I feel it is so important to incorporate physical activity and make it a HABIT of your weekly routine. Not only will you feel better physically, but mentally too, exercise is a natural stress reliever! I am always changing up routines, formats, music and cardio blasts. I will encourage you, I will be your biggest cheerleader and I will help you finish each and every class to your fullest potential.
