Fusion is back again this year with some exciting changes! We’re moving to Sundays starting THIS SUNDAY, September 8! Youth in 7th-12th grade meet each week for a time of fun, fellowship, snacks, and a special teen worship service. Fusion also offers Confirmation class as well as a variety of fun special events throughout the year.

We can't wait for you to join us for the brand new St. Marcus Kids beginning THIS WEEKEND, September 7 & 8! St. Marcus Kids will be offered during all three worship services.
Newborns through 6th grade are invited to an age-appropriate time of fun activities, music, and Bible stories. The story and lessons taught will be consistent across all three services but will be delivered in a developmentally appropriate way for each age group. (*5th-6th grade programming will only be available at the 9:00 am Sunday service)

If you're experiencing an unexpected pregnancy, we would love for you to join us! We think you are so brave and want to support you as you navigate all that you're facing.
Our second cohort will begin on Tuesday, September 10. A light dinner will be served at 6:00 pm and the session activities will follow at 6:30 pm-8:00 pm.
Participants who attend at least 9 of the 12 sessions will be thrown a baby shower on Saturday, November 23!

Guests are encouraged to worship together at the 5:00 pm service and then meet in the parking lot on Garfield Ave. between the church and school. Dinner will be served from 6:00-8:00 pm followed by fun and fellowship.

Next year marks the 150th anniversary of St. Marcus and we are already getting ready! One way we plan to celebrate is with a cookbook that features your favorite recipes! Whether you shared a dish at a potluck in the past or have a go-to Growth Group night favorite, we want to hear from you! Yesterday was the first day of the 2024-2025 school year for St. Marcus School. Please take some time to pray for our 1,200+ scholars and all of the staff across our three campuses.
Scholars at St. Marcus have daily opportunities to grow in academics and in character. Even more importantly, they are shown the love of Jesus. God is constantly doing incredible things in the lives of St. Marcus scholars, families, and staff. We can’t wait for what he has planned for this year!

Paul illustrates this theme to the Galatians by telling a story of even the Apostle Peter acting out of line with the gospel and causing great pain. There is great transformation in not scolding ourselves, or others, but explaining how a behavior might be “out of line with the gospel.”

The floors of the church sanctuary are being repaired and refinished. This means that worship will be relocated to the Wehr Gym THIS WEEKEND, August 10 & 11. There will be no live stream but a video of the sermon will be available afterward.
Volunteers are also needed this Sunday to help reinstall pews in the sanctuary. Stay after 10:30 am worship to help out!

Reversing the gospel is a primary mechanism by which Satan tries to steal confidence, hope, joy, and even salvation away from Christians. This lesson teaches the right order of the gospel.
