Meet Ross! Our Mandala Montessori Head of school!

Did you know that Ross has been part of the Mandala team since 2017?!

Ross also had a great Montessori experience as a child which has led him to where he is today.

When he’s not at school, you’ll find him jamming on the guitar, bass, or drums—sometimes even for the little ones! 🎸 Ross also loves biking, learning Spanish, camping, and adventuring with his fiancé 🚴‍♂️🌍

CH2 is off to a busy new school year!

The school year is off to a great start!

We are off to a great start this year! Children and teachers are settling in and new skills are being presented, practiced and mastered. Here are some photos from our week.

Lake Nokomis Presbyterian Church, our location of CH1 and CH2, has the wonderful privilege of having Sandy Forseth's artwork displayed on the patio! Our students, staff and families are enjoying her work!

Field trip fun! 🚌🌿🐢

This summer CH3 received a makeover, new flooring and paint really makes it feel brighter, calming and cheerful all at the same time!

CH1 and CH2 learned all about frogs today with a visit from Linda and Kaisie. They learned all about the life cycle of of frog and how to jump and eat like a frog and made a frog craft! Thanks to Emily, Matt and Molly for helping out too!

More Summer Fun!

CH3 took another walk to the Longfellow garden again and spotted some turtles sunbathing on a log. The garden is fuller and more colorful than the last visit.
They also spent lots of time outside pretending to camp. And enjoyed pretending to be construction workers and helping to rake the new mulch.
On the picnic a fearless squirrel tried to get a bite to eat! Uff
