Hennepin County is seeking community members and medical professionals for input on their heart health campaign launching in 2025. This campaign is centered on the experiences of Black and Indigenous women ~40 or older.

Community members must be Black or Indigenous Women (~40 or older) affected by heart health issues or their family members. Stipends are provided for community members.

Medical professionals must be providers, nurses, medical assistants, advocates, or care coordinators who understand heart health issues in Black and/or Indigenous Women (~40 or older).
