Grief truth

It is in your times of grief that you are always, always building a future. And that is the part of the grief process that is so often invisible to many of you. As you go through grief, which is essentially, simply letting go, you are letting go of what was known, who you were, how your identity had formed in response to attachments to people, places, things, physical states of being.
