Ben Kwan is now in elite company among employment lawyers. The Minnesota State Bar Association designated him a Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. The designation comes after an exam, as well as input from both plaintiff and defense employment lawyers. In this cycle, Ben was the only lawyer in the state of Minnesota to earn the certification.

According to the MSBA, fewer than 3% of the stateโ€™s registered attorneys are certified specialists, a designation that requires an exam and other credential checks.
