Welcome to the Augsburg College Campus Ministry Page! Explore the page for information on the latest campus ministry events and information.
We're a little more than halfway through our Alternative Spring Break trip to Nashville, TN! Twenty-nine amazing Augsburg students and campus ministry staff have been learning about issues of homelessness, gentrification, and food insecurity in the city, while also volunteering with community organizations.
We have also spent time at the National Museum for African-American Music, and plenty of time on the H***y Tonk Highway at night.
Please join us this semester in our series on religious literacy. A wonderful collaboration with our department, Augsburg Interfaith Institute, & Augsburg University Campus Ministry. Next week is our first of the semester!
Last semester we heard from speakers of Indigenous, Jewish, and Muslim traditions. This semester we’re hearing from speakers from Humanist, Buddhist, and Hindu traditions
At the dress rehearsal looking forward to Advent Vespers tomorrow and Saturday.
Yesterday, members of the Augsburg community discussed the book What Happened to You?: Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing. Professor Mary Elise Lowe, who serves as the current Batalden Scholar in Applied Ethics, hosted the gathering as part of her work on trauma-informed pedagogy.
