Those that know me know that health and fitness is a huge part of my identity. I love supporting others while also having built in accountability for myself. Five weeks ago I decided to make a change and do something different. I joined an accountability group to keep my actions in line with my goals and it has made a huge difference for me. I feel good, I have energy to do the things that I need to in a day. I feel strong and my clothes fit better. I am excited to have a new way to help people who are looking for support. I’m running a 30 day accountability group starting Sept 19th! Now is a great time to get back into better habits or just gain more support through the holiday season. Message me for details!
