Port City Pacers
We are a non-profit chapter of the Road Runners Club of America. Our mission is to encourage health and fitness through running and walking activities.
Learn how to move better, feel better, and perform at your best. During this workshop, you will learn simple, yet vital tools to properly engage and unlock tight muscles. Primarily focused on trunk rotation, hip and ankle mobility, this workshop is perfect for runners who want to continue training and reduce injury occurrences. The fee is $15 for P*P members and $20 for non members.
