Contest rules are as follows:
Costumes must be safe and comfortable for dogs.
All dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft and under control of the owner.
Contestants with the top three scores will win prizes, must be present to win.
In the event of a tie our judges will make a tie breaking vote.
