This is somebody else’s post that I am sharing
I met a woman at the food bank today. She said it was her first time ever but things have gotten so bad she couldn't even get toilet paper. I just cashed my final check from my job (got laid off) and I needed it for bills and also my car needs work. I literally can't drive it until it gets fixed. So I had some cash on me. I hugged her and gave her a $10. ❤️ No one should be without toilet paper. I know it wasn't much but I will always give when I can. Hopefully this incredibly difficult financial season clears up for everyone because it is bad out here.
Edit: IT GETS BETTER!!!@!@!
Someone from this group sent me $20 to repay my kindness which was INSANE to me!!! Thank you so much!!!
My daughter has two birds and they need food. So I took the 20 I was sent and I headed in town to the parrot store.
Guess who is the owner? That woman!! So I gave her the 20 and she gave me bird food. We were both able to help each other out. God works in really mysterious ways. There is so much kindness in this world

From Homeless to housed, to HONORS
Young Philip fought so hard to get into school. At age 16 he left domestic violence at home for the streets.
Philip walked into Building Up Lives Foundation for help, twice!
Our Executive Director and family took him in and received legal guardian of Philip.
Philip had been working under a mobile mechanic for 8 yrs and was very behind on school.
He is in summer school and he now wants to graduate with honors.
Philip was seeking help to be emancipated. He had paperwork in hand but didn’t know how to file
it. We helped him, but soon learned he was too immature to make it on his own.
Philip was not use to to waking up to go to school… he was thee hardest person to wake up.
We had challenges.. he had to learn to get himself up in the morning and ride a bike to school.
Philip did it, and now he is wanting to graduate with honors or higher in 2025🎓
He plans on not missing a day of school minus his medical needs.
We find out this month if he will need surgery. Because of abuse of his past he has obstacles.
Thank you to Dr Goldman in Ontario who is seeing him for no charge, Philip is able to get the best doctor to help him through all this.

Need some help locating someone. There is a Joe who spoke at City council.
He is an elderly man who has homeless problems. I reached out to him months ago to call me, again last night.
He stated he would wait in the lobby for me but he left.
Building Up Lives Foundation has a team to install new locks for his house, a free alarm and cameras. But, we do not have his address or phone number to get it to him. If anyone knows him please text us at 951-550-5466

Our Story
We Love Moreno Valley, Is a place to speak of the GREAT things Moreno Valley has; News, Youth, Events, Volunteers, Shows, Bands, Churches, Schools, Teachers, Performers, Dancers, Business, new & old business, Growth & Great People of Moreno Valley!
Just a reminder; this is NOT a page to honor illegal activities, bully others, no misleading the public, bash our government, or political soapbox!
Politics can get one sided; I have seen one side use this site to play unfair and mislead the public with half truths. This will be addressed and they will be banned.
If we share any politics both sides will be shown, to be fair to the community and allow the community to decide.
This is OUR CITY, we the community want it to reflect US.
We take back our city from all this mess and uplift all the good in it, and that is "this page."
If you have a story and it leans on politics and you feel it should be shared, then do so as an adult. We will be fair and post both sides (if we post any), so the community can decide. All this mess.. no one wants.. People are busy with their lives and things are more important.. Like our youth and their future!
