The Emergency Services Coordinator is charged with the primary tasks of coordinating services for clients in all safe dwellings operated by the program, maintaining the facilities, and providing direct services for victims of domestic and sexual violence.

The Quality Specialist assists in ensuring that BHSN clinical services documentation is following regularity standards given by the Office of Mental Health (OMH). The auditor reviews clinical documentation and reports any concerns to the customer experience director. The auditor uses tools to alert clinical staff of any necessary changes that need to be made to their documentation.
