The best of autumn returns as the Mount Prospect Public Library Foundation hosts its Fall Raffle beginning today, Friday, October 11 through Sunday, October 27.
The event will feature specialty baskets on display in the library, many filled with seasonal treats and gourmet items, including gift certificates to local restaurants and businesses. Raffle tickets may be purchased in person or online beginning today.
Winners will be announced on or around Wednesday, October 30. Proceeds from the Fall Raffle benefit the Foundation, which raises funds for special programming and projects for the library that would not be attainable with tax dollars.
Stop by the Fiction/AV/Teen Desk in October to find clues and uncover the culprit behind a crime that's been committed! Win a prize for your sleuthing, while supplies last.
