This week: we are proud to be serving ‘The Disciples’ red blend produced by The Crane Assembly, G.B. Crane Vineyards. We recommend pairing this Zinfandel led, California field blend with our Chef’s Special: Veal Saltimbocca which translates to ‘jumps into the mouth.’

Consisting of thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma, fresh sage and piquant pan sauce these flavors compliment peppery flavors introduced from zinfandel and petite sirah, as well as notes of roasted Provençal herbs and briary black cherry & berries.
