The TennCare Diaper Benefit started yesterday! Please check the website to see what pharmacies are participating. They are adding new ones daily. This is a new service, so please be patient as it rolls out to more and more pharmacies in our area. Currently, there are two in Rutherford County: Pharmalife Community Pharmacy in Murfreesboro and Wellspring Pharmacy in Smyrna.

The Nashville Diaper Connection is one of five diaper banks in the state. The organization estimates that under this new benefit, TennCare will give out close to 100,000,000 diapers.

Did you receive the message about the SNAP benefit schedule for June 2024? Benefits will be split into two payments for Tennesseans who participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The first benefit distribution will take place on May 24, 2024. The second distribution will take place in June on the standard monthly distribution date.
