I am so very excited present to you, Heather Grace, Reiki Master Teacher.

It has been an absolute honor to walk alongside her through this stage of her reiki journey.

Heather lives her life with compassion & grace and she lights up the lives of those around her. She is loving and kind and passionate about serving others and I am honored to pass the reiki torch to her so that she can share her gifts with the world and empower others to transform their lives. 💫

Learning how to nurture those hidden parts of me and allow them to be seen.

Yeah-this past week was a big one. Just happy to be on the other side.

I’ve got a piece of clay and infinite possibilities.

I love the giddy anticipation I feel right before I create.

Amidst all the crumbling and devastation and destruction I am choosing love.

I am choosing joy.

I am choosing peace.

I am releasing what no longer serves and creating the new.

More than ever, this is the time to dig deep within for the answers and to step more fully into who I am.

What if….

I don’t have to shift this feeling right away,

Dance it out
Squash it down

What if…
I don’t have to get it out or heal it
What if I just let it be as it is
No need to hide it or myself
What if I just felt it?
Where would I go? Who would I be? What would happen?
If I allowed myself to feel sad 😭
Would it overcome me like the breaking of a dam?
What if I allowed myself to feel anger?
Would I ever stop screaming in rage? 😡

What if..
I met myself here and let it all just be as it is.
What if I wrapped myself up in a big blanket and just let me be.

Yes it would be uncomfortable-but in the end-

I would find love. Acceptance. Peace. 🕊️

The only constant is change.

In this ever evolving world 🌎 amidst all the changes without & within, above & below

I am reminded of my true strength, my divine nature, and my pioneering spirit.

And even though I have moved miles away from what I thought was home, my skeletons have followed, my shadows, my trauma.

I am stripped bare with the promise of a new life and deeper levels of healing.

By turning within in these moments of despair I remember that I am safe. I am home. I belong.

And I have the power & the choice to shape my own destiny. Write a new story. In every moment. In every breath.

I AM FREE.

Yeah I think I can get used to walking on the beach after work. Glad I answered this call and came to SC. I didn’t really understand how it would work out, but I trusted in myself, the process, and my divine team and I got here.

Now I can get back to me. The basics. Nature. Gratitude. Deep breaths. Long walks.

🤩What a week! Oh wait it’s only Wednesday!

I had a reiki session a few weeks ago, and my divine team said to be to open to receive love and & look for the gifts 🎁 throughout the end of February and boy did they deliver! 💕❤️🤗

I have been receiving gifts of alignment, guidance on next steps, love & support from friends and family and so many beautiful galactic beings have been visiting and preparing me for a big life change. ( I will be sharing more about this soon!) ;)

And because my brain was attuned to the gifts and my heart was open to receive love in all its beautiful forms, I have able to receive all the support I need. It’s s about perspective folks!

And at the very same time, I have experienced and gone through some of the hardest challenges of my life. So many times my deepest wounds were triggered and I know I’m not alone in this. On some level I called it all in to prepare me to receive all the big things! Because every time I get triggered I have an opportunity to heal on a deeper level. And the more I release, the higher a frequency I can hold to receive all the love & abundance coming my way!

In many ways we are all getting challenged so that we will step into our power and claim our freedom.

But know this dear one-you are supported every step of the way.

Look for the gifts 🎁 in the lessons, in the life we are receiving, look for the pockets of freedom and dare to dream your wildest dreams!!

As my Akashic Records recently told me, “Reach for the moon dear one and fall among the stars. Everything is going to work out better than you can imagine.” 💫

Declare out loud, “I AM Ready to Receive love” and watch your world change in magical ways. ❤️

You are needed. You are important. If you are here on the planet right now, you are meant to be here. ☀️🌎

Your unique energy signature is a gift to this world. Your unique way of experiencing life is needed. Your light is needed. You are enough just as you are. You are important. 🤗

Sometimes we get all caught up in the things we should be “doing”

What if we are here to experience love? To get to know who we really are? To be our true authentic selves?

That is a world I want to live in. And it really can be that simple.

This is the time my friends, now more than ever, that we will be rewarded for choosing ourselves. For choosing love in all it’s beautiful forms. For choosing our own path. In serving ourselves, we are serving humanity. ❤️

We have the authority to choose our own path.

There are infinite possibilities to your highest good. The universe is here to support you, no matter what you choose as long as you are choosing yourself, you are on the right path.

Choosing yourself can be as simple as doing something small to take care of yourself. It can be taking that walk in nature instead of scrolling on your phone. It can be taking a rest when you need it. Setting boundaries around your time and energy. It can be taking a vacation or a day off. Taking 10 minutes to meditate. Making a career change if you are unhappy. Drinking water. Taking a salt bath. Exercising. Eating clean food.

It can be all the things you do for you big and small that lead you back to yourself. Each choice you make for you raises your vibration and builds trust in yourself.

Choose yourself today and watch your life change in magical ways. 💫

Being rooted doesn’t necessarily mean staying in one place. It’s more of a concept of sturdiness, steadiness, and groundedness.

One of my favorite ways to ground myself and my energy is to visualize myself as a tree. I imagine I have roots that reach deep down into Mother Earth that connect me to the crystalline grid of Mother Gaia. And then I imagine my branches reaching up to the sky. I visualize beautiful light energy coming up from my roots through my chakra column on each inhale and white light coming down from the cosmos at the same time. This light energy meets at my heart. As above, so below. On each exhale I visualize the beautiful white light creating a bubble of protection around me. As within, so without. 💫

This is how I stay rooted when I am unable to be in nature. In fact I do this multiple times a day because this also protects my energy.

The trees 🌳 have volunteered to step forward and assist us right now and I am so grateful for their help! 🤗

In multiple meditations and in connecting to my guides, I have been told, I have permission to take it slow. I have the authority and the power to slow things down in my life.

If I am feeling overwhelmed or overwhelmed with feelings, I can take a moment or many moments to take a breath or many breaths and go back to my center. If you struggle with this, nature is your biggest teacher.

Yesterday was a day for me and as soon as I got off work I took a big ol quilt and laid under a big wise old tree in our backyard with my bare feet on the Earth. My whole being entered into a state of calm.

How can you take it slow today?

It can be as simple as taking a breath and slowing down your thoughts. You are worth going at your own pace.

I am not all the things I’ve done. I am not all the things I do. I am not all the things I will do.

I am love. I always have been love and I always will be love.

Take a moment and place your hand in your heart. Take a deep breath and tune into who you are at the very core of your being. You are love. Nothing more. Nothing less. There is power in that. Tuning into the inner strength of ourselves and realizing love has always been the answer. ❤️

May your day be blessed with love everlasting. May you realize your own strength. May you walk your path with dignity and grace knowing that you are the love you seek. 🤗
