Yes, yoga is beneficial at any age, but especially important as we age. Yoga is particularly beneficial for the aging body for several reasons:

As we age, our muscles and joints tend to become stiffer. Yoga helps maintain and improve flexibility by gently stretching muscles and tissues, which can enhance overall mobility and prevent injuries.

"Yoga in the Dark" is designed to help you deepen your connection to your body and mind by eliminating visual distractions and encouraging heightened awareness of your other senses while giving you insight into what itโs like to have a visual impairment and/or low vision.
