We treat the body as a whole….. Mind.. Body. And. Spirit The body is an amazing thing, but it needs filled with all good things, live food for a live body, sunshine, fresh air, and most importantly, a love for that temple…. So sometimes we ask for help. But seeing a Dr or Practitioner is not always the complete answer……. Sometimes we have to contact the manufacturer and ask for help 😊. Today....bittersweet...as I officially graduate the last Traditional Naturopath/Complementary Alternative Health Practitioner (CAHP) graduates from IHIS. The final 15 - the COURAGE...the DISCIPLINE and the DEDICATION to announce they KNOW what they KNOW is a testament to how POWERFUL this program is!! Many have tried to duplicate it...LOL...and many use the content while Hiding behind another designation.... because this Exam is TOUGH!! No 30-page dissertation or other nonsense.NOPE.. I hand you MY clients and you tell me what you would do...You are holding a LIFE in your hands... can you do it??? So for many, summer is coming to a close... and now starts the "silly" seasons.... And for many it is not so silly.... So for many it starts a time of reflection, and questions of what's my purpose, why am I even here... So when those times come, I want you to ask yourself, and answer yourself the WHY.... because it isn't the question of why that I want you to think on.... It is the MEANING of why.... Because WHY stands for:

Who Hurt You ? Many of our issues are not even our own, we just hold them and take them on from someone that hurt us in the past, the past, yet we hold on to those feelings. So forgive them, not for them, but for YOU !! When you forgive them, they no longer have that hold, that control over you. Its YOU that gets the peace.

Who Helped You ? None of us have ever gotten to the top without a hand up, someone that believed in you, someone that got you that connection, someone that guided you to success. Who was that ? And what was the impact that changed you that YOU can Emulate to help others

Who Healed You ? Someone was there when everyone else left, someone held you so tight until all of the broken pieces melted back together. Someone just believed in you more than you believed in yourself, and allowed you to be free enough, be yourself enough to conquer everything holding you back.

When you can answer these questions in life, then you have truly found your purpose..... To BE THAT PERSON that YOU needed in all of those situations.
You see, God does things to BUILD you, not kill you.... You are the person you are today BECAUSE of every battle you have won.... And so far, your success rate for beating the worst life can throw at you is 100% !!!!
Be the hand up, Be the healer that you needed, always be kind...Be kind, because you never know what that other person is going through, just like you were at one time or another... Because NOBODY that is struggling, TRULY struggling will ever tell the truth about their life... They will help, they will sacrifice more, only to look you in the eye and say the saddest phrase ever "Oh, I'm fine". Because someone that has TRULY struggled will do everything in their power to make sure nobody else has to ever feel that way.

BE THE PERSON THAT YOU NEEDED WHEN YOU NEEDED SOMEONE , ANYONE to be there.... There is no greater reward than to help someone that you expect NOTHING in return for ... THAT is how your life is blessed... Just pretend that every person you meet is Jesus in disguise ... Just BE KIND and expect nothing in return... Because THEN, then your life will be blessed beyond imagination...... "for what you do unto others, that you do to me"

minor rant.... I am SOOO tired of cleaning up the mess of these "Functional Doctors"!! Take this supplement and this supplement...all because your 'tests- labs' are out of range. HOW ABOUT- WHY are they out of range???? They do nothing more than - GREEN Medicine! Detox/Drain -RARELY recommended and when they do it is a joke of what they recommend. How about - BUILDING the organ SYSTEM that is contributing...How about REMOVING the offensive pathogen/toxin? How about ADDRESSING lifestyle- food and EMOTIONS? This industry drives me KRAZY! Pill for an ill mentality all in the name of 'Holistic care." and they charge THOUSANDS of dollars with their 'marketing' and BS...OYYY... and did I mention the latest..CBD craze...take this and it will make it better. NO it works on a pathway in which it impacts the 'pain' you are experiencing... it did NOT fix your arthritis! It did NOT fix ...fill in the blank. does it have value sure- but once you come off the MLM product....guess what....It is BACK!......OK off to take some Flower Remedies....LOL.
