¼ cup Pasta Sauce (I use simply Ragu)
2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Sweat 💦 for pets 3 🐶🐶🐶. This year we are holding Sweats for Pets on Sept. 21st. In honor of Henry, ‘s beloved dog, who recently passed away. We are running things as a community workout event, and we will have two classes, 8:15am and 9:45am. The workout has been released already, and we are super excited about it. We want this to be a family friendly/ general public friendly event. So please invite all of your family and friends. It is for a good cause, and we can show our families and friends what we do at the gym everyday! There are also shirts for sale. Proceeds from registration, raffles during the event, and small proceeds from the shirts will be donated to the animal organization . Sunday 🍨 ⭐️ recipe : Berry sorbet 🍓🍇🍒 by Sommer Muasher Ingredients:
1/3 cup cottage cheese
½ cup frozen berries (choose your favorite)
1 scoop vanilla 1st Phorm Protein Powder
Directions: Blend until smooth. Add water as needed for
desired consistency.

⭐️ Sunday recipe ⭐️ Maple Dijon Brussel Sprouts by Ingredients:
1lb Brussel sprouts trimmed and halved
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Yields 6
Directions:
1. Place Brussel sprouts on baking sheet and drizzle with
oil, salt, and pepper. Place cut half side down. Bake at
350 for 30-35 minutes.
2. While baking, put dressing ingredients in a small bowl
and whisk together.
3. Once Sprouts are baked drizzle dressing over sprouts
and toss to coat. Serve Immediately and Enjoy!

⭐️ Sunday ⭐️ recipe ⭐️Buffalo Chicken Sweet Potato Casserole by: & . 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts (about 3 large breasts), cut into cubes.
5 medium sweet potatoes, cut into small cubes. You can leave the skin on
or take it off.
2 heads broccoli, cut into small florets.
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup avocado oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion.
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon
drizzle of ranch to top Directions:
425F and grease 9×13 casserole dish.
Prepare your chicken, potatoes, and broccoli by cutting to smaller pieces.
In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
In a large bowl, add your sweet potatoes and half of the buffalo sauce mixture. Toss till combined well.
Pour sweet potatoes into casserole dish and roast for 30 minutes, flipping half way through.
Add chicken and broccoli to bowl sweet potatoes were in and add remainder of buffalo sauce. Toss to coat completely.
After 30 minutes is up, add broccoli and chicken to top of sweet potatoes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165F.
Take out, top with cheese, green onion, and cooked bacon and place back in oven for five more minutes or until cheese
has melted.
Let cool a few moments before serving. Add any remaining toppings like ranch or blue cheese.
Nutrition Facts: serves 8 366 calories, 31.5g Protein, 18.8g Carbs, 18g Fat

⭐️Sunday ⭐️ recipe : Asiago Crusted Chicken

Olive oil spray
2 boneless chicken breasts (8oz)
½ tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs
¼ cup whole wheat panko crumbs
¼ cup shredded asiago cheese
½ Tbsp dried oregano
Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 lemon cut into wedges Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Spray non stick baking sheet
with oil spray.
Cut each chicken cutlet into 2 halves. Season both sides withsalt and pepper . Toss each cutlet in a shallow
boil with oil and coat each cutlet
Mix in a bowl: breadcrumbs, panko crumbs, oregano, and
cheese. Dip each cutlet into the bread crumb mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15minutes. Top with parsley
and lemon for garnish. Nutrition Facts: 1 cutlet (241 cal / 8.5g fat / 13g carb / 28g protein)

🥗 Sunday 🥗 recipe 🥗 Kale salad 🥬 by. Ingredients:
8oz bunch of kale
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sliced almonds
¼-1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 large avocado
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper to taste Just mix all the dressing ingredients and add it to the salad Ingredients 💚🥬🥗 .
