Need a security system for you home? Take my advice, DO NOT PURCHASE Lorex Technology]] . Their customer service is BEYOND un-helpful. They are not concerned about doing what is right for the customer.
This was a first purchase for me with security cameras. I called to speak to someone about what my needs were. The customer service agent built my cart for me and I was able to purchase.
Well, turns out, the cart was built with incorrect products, and now Lorex Technology]] when I attempt to exchange for the correct system, I’m told “Sorry, your past the 30 day window!”
I’m out $500 (plus what I’ll have to spend on another system)!!
just asking for some customer service with COMMON SENSE! Lorex Technology]]
