This is what it’s all about folks. These kids are amazing and so much fun! I’m having way more fun than they are I think! The smiles and giggles...y’all… ❤️🥺

Wes, your vision is happening. It’s real and it’s happening. Your legacy lives on through these amazing kids!

Today, hundreds of kids showed up to school in camo and/or orange to remember our boy, Wes. Stories were shared all day about him, his legacy, the WAR Foundation and what it stands for, and most importantly how we should emulate his spirit of faith, love, hope, healing, and as always the great outdoors. Major shout out to all of our NSU Elementary & Middle Lab School friends for showing up & showing out! These kids weren’t asked to donate anything to have this opportunity to represent Wes’s favorite colors today, but they did because they felt led to. I don’t even have the final totals, but that honestly doesn’t even matter. It’s these kids hearts & dedication to Wes’s memory that stole our hearts today. Surprise Sonya & Jeff, this is what your baby means to so many children in our parish 🧡

BOM is proud to support the W.A.R. Foundation! The first fundraiser for the foundation is a crawfish boil and silent/live auction on April 24 at Real Deal Marine in Pineville!

The W.A.R. Foundation is teaming up with Dream Adventures to bring 4 critically ill children fishing at the The Inn at BK Ranch (Gary Yamamoto Ranch) in Texas this weekend! Stay tuned for pics of the good times and smiles galore! We are blessed to be able to take part in this as our own Wes was able to go as a guest of Dream Adventures during and after treatment and loved it! We know he will be there in spirit cheering on these awesome warriors!! Please pray for good weather, good times and lifelong memories to be made!
