Introducing: SHH..! (Swimming Hole + Hang) 🤫

The heat wave coming this week is pretty INTENSE, so much so that we will be DOING HALF DAYS AT THE SHOP--just open from 9am-2pm Tuesday-Friday (June 18th-21st). All other days are normal 9am-6pm hours.

We will be giving away refreshing iced teas WEDNESDAY , THURSDAY AND FRIDAY at the two most well known swimming holes in the area! 🏞️🥤🐬

From 3pm-7pm (or till supplies last) we will be posted up at DEEP HOLE on Wednesday, Thursday + Friday.

Our new Saffron Persimmon Latte is matching the sun today 🌞 Come show up and show out just like Phil the Groundhog who didn't see his shadow yesterday and predicted a magical early spring for all of us!

- Saffron Persimmon syrup
- 2oz of espresso
- Froth milk of choice
- Garnish dry Persimmon

Ohh let me explain the layers,

First sip you will get a micro foam with a taste of earthy floral notes from the saffron contrasting with the espresso shot.

Second you will feel a warm creamy sweet spice kabocha squash that's the Presimmon.

Third last but not least, the way all three layers lay down in your mouth with delicate dark chocolate, floral, spice, sweet, and earthy, will keep you wondering what's that taste!

YAUPON / CASSINA

It was a pleasure to finally make it to farm and have a full tour of their facility! We were able to watch the Yaupon's journey from plant 🌿 to cup of 🍵 and we are super excited to bring you some Yaupon from Edgewater, Florida to New Paltz, NY.

YAUPON / CASSINA (The word Yaupon was derived from the word yápa which was from the Catawban language and the Timucua people used the word Cassina)

It is a native plant from Southeastern North America and has been used for over 8,000 years by Indigenous people in the Southeastern US for medicine, rituals, and ceremonial purposes.

We have the classic Yaupon Green & Fire Roasted Yaupon in stock!

Yaupon Green - mild vegetal tasting notes with hints of fresh cut grass and delicate white tea. (Corinn, Harrison, and Ginger's fave)

Fire Roasted Yaupon - tasting notes of burnt cedar wood, light to***co smoky flavor w/ a touch of over ripe sweet plantain peel. (Chris' fave lol)

We are thrilled to release our BLACKBERRY SAGE OOLONG HONEY espresso latte or tea latte!

- BlackBerry Sage Oolong Honey
- froth 1/2 + 1/2 !

The latte is perfectly balanced with fruity and savory tasting notes, this latte goes well with any froth milk! (Pro tip we recommend it with half macadamia and half oat!)

We made a limited quantity, hopefully everyone gets a chance to try this delicious drank.

Strawberry Season is in full swing here at The Ridge & tbh we outdid ourselves with this one!

Introducing our 24 hr cold brew with & then on top we have a ☯️ of Strawberry Infused Chantilly (strawbs from !) + Chaga Maple Chantilly (Chaga Maple Syrup from !)!!

If you've never had Chantilly, it's a French style super thick whipped cream, the texture is *chefs kiss*. Also has been dubbed "The Almost Affogato" 😋

Corinn first worked on a strawberry farm in upstate NY in 2011 and fell in love with fresh strawbs warm from the ☀️! If you've never picked fresh strawberries, this is your sign to get to !

At The Ridge, we love supporting small local farms & do our fruity drank specials only with what's in season.

Strawberries are only here till mid July & best believe we will make the most out of it!
