Mmmmmm

Here is the winning recipe of your Instagram vote - Creamy Cauliflower Casserole⁠ 🧀⁠⁠
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦⁠
1 medium size head of cauliflower
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 ounces cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦⁠
Preheat your oven to 400°F/ 204°C.
Begin by removing all the stems from a head of cauliflower. Place the cauliflower florets in an 11x7 baking dish lightly greased with olive oil. Roast the cauliflower for 15 minutes at 400°F/ 204°C.
While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the cheese sauce. In a small pan combine the butter, garlic, milk, heavy cream, and cream cheese over medium heat. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar until completely melted. Bring the mixture to a slight simmer until it has thickened. Pour the cheese sauce over the roasted cauliflower, and top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

It’s about trusting yourself that you will be okay no matter what. It’s about standing up for yourself! 🙂

Does it sometimes seem like everyone around you is confident and sure of themselves? Chances are, they have doubts just like you. So what’s the secret they’ve discovered about how to be confident?
They know that confidence is not something you have, it’s something you create. Being confident is nothing more than a belief in yourself. It’s the feeling of certainty that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Confidence comes from within, and you can find ways of being more confident at any time.
🧠 That’s not to say learning how to be confident will solve all your problems. Everyone has bad days or moments that upset them. Being confident also doesn’t mean you’re completely sure of yourself at all times. Creating confidence is not about knowing it all; it’s about trusting that no matter what happens in a particular situation, you’ll be able to handle it and learn from the outcome.

Self-confidence is important to both your physical health and your psychological well-being. When you believe in yourself, you’re more likely to try new things, devote your time and energy to tasks that matter, make good lifestyle choices, and foster healthy relationships.
🌼 Many of us struggle with confidence issues. In an age of social media, it can be difficult not to compare ourselves with other people. We might lack confidence at work, in public speaking, or in meeting new people, which makes us fear that we aren’t taken seriously or that we won’t meet new friends or a significant other.

Self-confidence is a bit like the running water in your house. You may not know every detail about how it works or where it comes from, but it’s painfully obvious when it’s not there. Like when your water is shut off, a dearth of self-confidence has a huge negative impact on your health and lifestyle. Fortunately, there are things you can do to shore it up.
There are two sides to improving confidence. Although the ultimate aim is to feel more confident in yourself and your abilities it is also worth considering how you can appear more confident to other people. The following list has lots of ideas on how to achieve this.
• Planning and Preparation
People often feel less confident about new or potentially difficult situations. Perhaps the most important factor in developing confidence is planning and preparing for the unknown.
• Learning, Knowledge and Training
Learning and research can help us to feel more confident about our ability to handle situations, roles and tasks.

Mind over matter is what they always say, but that can be hard if you struggle with self-love. There is some good in the worst of us and some bad in the best of us. Many of us never live up to our potential or don't approve of ourselves. We had people that we wanted or needed to believe in us, but failed to.
All of us struggle with flaws and insecurities. We all have felt that we are not good enough for something at some point in time. Society has made us question if we are too fat or if we are too skinny, if we are pretty or if we are ugly. We are all trying to become a better version of ourselves. Which is why it's not a question if it's a question of when. When are we going to look in the mirror and finally fall in love with ourselves?

🕊️One of the defining characteristics of true confidence is that the idea of comparing yourself to others just seem well a little silly. True lasting confidence is not about what anyone else is, does or has.
🕊️It’s not about measuring yourself against others. It’s a simple, calm, serene knowing that you are enough, that you are worthy and serving of the best in life for who you are. There is a very big difference between confidence and arrogance. That difference is consciousness. -to everyone you meet.
🕊️Confident people are perfectly conscious of their flaws, their imperfections. But they own them, they use them as a springboard to growth. They don’t fear them or need to hide them away. Arrogant, narcissistic people are really little tyrants who can only feel good by feeling superior to others.
🕊️Their feelings about themselves cannot be sustained without comparison to others. And if, deep down, they feel they are less than others, that causes inner turmoil that can only be rectified by (in their own mind) recalibrating the dialogue, by shifting the focus from their own flaws to the exposure of others flaws.
🕊️Only by showing how others are flawed are they able to access their own sense of worth. Only by belittling others can their big themselves up. When you meet someone who does this, the key is to not engage. It is like wrestling in s**t. Even if you win you’re still covered in s**t. Instead, just use each experience to remind you to calmly focus on your own journey to being the person you want to be.
