Kerrygold USA Dubliner is our family favorite cheese, and love the idea of adding some cheesy goodness to the batter!
There’s no better time to break out the pumpkin - and cornbread - than at your Thanksgiving feast. Here’s a wonderfully fragrant and savory bread recipe that combines the two and takes no time to whip up. Kerrygold USA’s Dubliner cheese is mixed into the batter, adding that delicate sweetness you’d expect from a luscious mature cheddar, along with the distinctive nutty notes of Swiss and piquant bite of aged Parmesan.
We had the pleasure of sampling Dubliner and several other fine Kerrygold cheeses, plus their signature made-for-baking pure Irish butters, at trends event. Kerrygold products are made with milk from grass-fed cows, who graze outdoors up to 300 days a year on the lush, green pastures of Ireland’s small family farms.
