We are manifesting a white winter with our new yuzu and white chocolate tart. A floral, grapefruit-ey lemon curd rests in a shortbread crust, topped with vanilla bean white chocolate whipped cream and draped in a blanket of shaved white chocolate speckled with fresh basil.
