Feeling overwhelmed by menopause symptoms? You’re not alone.

Many women feel lost 🤦🏾‍♀️and unsure about what to do. Here’s how to change your approach and see real results.

And if you’re thinking, “Nothing I try is working,” I get it. But thinking that way can make things worse and keep you stuck in frustration, stress, and missing out on solutions that could help.

So, DO THIS instead:

Re-evaluate and CHANGE your approach. Sometimes it takes time and tweaks to find what works best for you. Don’t give up!

Stay consistent with healthy habits. Regular exercise, TARGETED nutrition, and self-care can make a big difference over time. Small, steady changes.

Seek professional guidance. The right healthcare professional can give you personalized advice and treatment options. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

If it’s important to you, you go after what you want. If you don’t, you make excuses. Menopause is not an excuse to stop caring for yourself.

Feeling safe and strong in your body during menopause is the ultimate key to revolutionizing your fitness, health, and life. Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. Investing in your health and well-being pays off in better energy, stronger relationships and connections, improved mood, and a happier life.

If you are doing all three and still not getting results, here’s what I’d do with my clients and myself:

Conduct a thorough assessment to understand your specific symptoms, lifestyle, and health history. Tailoring the approach to your unique needs can reveal underlying issues that need to be addressed.

Develop a holistic plan that includes nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep. Sometimes, a combination of small adjustments can lead to significant improvements.

Provide continuous support and adjustments. Regular check-ins to track progress and make necessary changes ensure that you’re always moving towards your goals.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately from potential clients and former clients about what makes the expanded Embody program different. So, I want to share the story behind it and why I expanded the program.

When I first created Embody, my goal was simple: to help high-achieving women lose weight and get fit without diets. But as I worked with more of you, I saw a pattern. It wasn’t just about managing menopause symptoms; it was about transforming your entire life.

One day, a client (let’s call her Sade) came to me. She was a powerhouse at work, but behind the scenes, she struggled with weight gain, low energy, and the emotional rollercoaster of losing and gaining weight, worsened by menopause. She felt disconnected from herself and overwhelmed.

We started focusing on her weight loss and fitness first. As Sade began to see success, something incredible happened. She not only lost weight and felt more energetic, but she also saw significant improvements in other areas of her life. Her relationships improved, she felt more in control, and she started setting boundaries that protected her well-being.

I remember the day I finally realized that I had been hiding inside myself.

Saying that the time wasn’t right.
Nobody would understand me.
I couldn’t do it
I wasn’t ready
It was too much for me
