After a year of distanced, Zoom rehearsals, Body invites you to our virtual showcase, “This Body Shows Up.” Presenting works by Sara Roer, Diane Tomasi & Marcie Yoselevsky

With works by guest artists Sophiann Mahalia, Gabriel Gonzalez, Anabella Lenzu, and Maya Lam.

“This Body Shows Up," amplifies queer/women/non-binary/BIPOC performing artists during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Tickets are for sale on a donation based sliding scale $10-25. You may also opt to sponsor someone else’s ticket.

We are looking for pieces:
Calling all Queer/Women/Non-binary/BIPOC/Disabled movement-based artists to apply to “This Body Shows Up,” an online curated showcase, born out of the desire to provide a platform for artists to see and be seen at a time when public performance spaces are unavailable.
“This Body Shows Up” will showcase video recorded original artistic works (polished and evolving) followed by facilitated audience response portion on Zoom. Each company (or solo artist) will present up to 10 minutes of work and will be paid a $50 flat fee for presenting their work.
