From our DCAS Energy Management team to yours, happy holidays!

12/22/2020

This holiday season consider using lights for decorations. These bulbs last longer than fluorescent & incandescent bulbs, prevent heat-build up, and help you save money and energy!

12/18/2020

The greater the difference between the temperature outside and the thermostat setting inside, the harder your heating system will work and exhaust energy. This is worse for homes that don’t have enough insulation and air leaks.

12/15/2020

systems are a huge drain on energy and not all areas of a building require climate control at all times. For unoccupied spaces and automated systems, evaluate the level of heating and air conditioning necessary to make the environment comfortable.

The crisis has revealed deeply entrenched inequalities, rising poverty, and discrimination.
