This holiday season consider using lights for decorations. These bulbs last longer than fluorescent & incandescent bulbs, prevent heat-build up, and help you save money and energy!

The greater the difference between the temperature outside and the thermostat setting inside, the harder your heating system will work and exhaust energy. This is worse for homes that don’t have enough insulation and air leaks.

Local Law 33 of 2018, amended by Local Law 95 of 2019, requires buildings over 25,000 square feet to display Building Energy Efficiency Rating labels near public entrances by October 31 of each year. An A-D grade and ENERGY STAR score will give New Yorkers insight on building performance!
