Yes, Girl. Three months to lowered urinary urgency/frequency, constipation, painful s*x, abdominal bloat and sitting discomfort.

If you are experiencing symptoms for over 4-6 months, received good medical care without much relief, the primary driver of your distress is an overly sensitive nervous system, overly active immune system and hypervigilant brain.

It is possible to retrain these systems with knowledge, practice of self care mind/body exercises in this affordable home program.

Do you have uncomfortable, painful, scary pelvic distress symptoms like urinary urgency/frequency, vestibulitis, constipation, IC/IBS and you've seen great medical practitioners without long standing relief?
If yes, there's a way forward!
By understanding and shifting the main driver of your condition, which is an overly protective nervous system and brain, called "central sensitization", you CAN reverse these symptoms.
Actively soothing your brain and nervous system through my guided educational and mind/body exercise program works.

Does Core Strengthening Heal Pelvic Issues?

“Strengthening the core” is a big buzz phrase for rehabilitation – and for most healing from acute injury or post-surgery this IS a good/natural step.

It’s NOT an effective first step for healing chronic pain issues, as I witnessed first-hand for my pelvic patients before I knew about pain neuroscience/brain/nervous system activation.

For those with 4+ months of ongoing pelvic pain, bladder urgency/frequency and bowel dysfunction, who consulted with MD, took tests and medications with no significant relief, the underlying cause of issues is due to their nervous system and brain being hypersensitive, hyper protective.

A learned pattern that can be unlearned.

The brain not only sends distressful symptoms, it’s also tells the muscles to guard the area so the pelvic floor, lower abdominal, inner thighs, and deep hip rotator muscles are usually super tight.

Day and Night.

PelvicSense teaches pain science and healing, guides you to practice soothing mind exercises and do gentle body movements with ease.

So, if you jump into “strengthening the core” without doing any breath work, constructive rest, movements to lower muscle tension, strengthening the overly tight muscles will not be helpful in the early phases of healing chronic conditions.

PelvicSense DOES include strengthening and core stabilization exercises in Levels 3 & 4. The benefits of core exercises occur when your nervous system is calmer, muscles guarding is lowered.

WHY Is It So Hard To Change Scary Thinking?

I listen to many sage thinkers, Joe Dispenza being one of them.
Here's his take on this exact topic:

If scary thoughts are practiced long enough, the connections in the brain around this thought become hard-wired. The emotions that follow these thoughts can spark anxiety, sadness, fear.

The moment you think the doom thought, your brain recognizes that you are anxious, so you continue thinking more corresponding thoughts equal to how you feel.
An automatic loop is created.

When you step into that river of change and make a different choice, your body doesn't feel the same way. Your brain initially responds to change by signaling, "You've been doing this for 10 years, so are you just going to stop suffering?
Stop feeling guilty?
Stop feeling shame?
Not going to complain or blame or feel sorry for yourself?".

Stepping into change makes the body feel like it's in the unknown. The body signals, "I want to return back to familiar territory! I don't like this!".

The brain says: "Start tomorrow. You're too much like your mother. You'll never change. This is not going to work for you. This doesn't feel right."

If we resist change and jump into old familiar patterns, this will lead to the same negative feeling, which leads to the same behavior, leading to the similar pain experiences.
Yup, back in the loop.

PelvicSense has BOTH mind and body techniques to help you gently practice new ways of responding. New thoughts create new feelings and lead to the positive changes you wish to experience.

No one ever said this was easy, but we have the knowledge that rewiring our body and brain out of old faulty habits to more of joy and healthy pelvic function is possible.

I encourage all to suffering with chronic pelvic pain and related pelvic/gut issues to step into this river of change by using PelvicSense as your guide.

Be persistent and easy on yourself in the process and you'll be amazed what your brain and body can do!

Insights on Healing
Many of the members of our online pelvic healing home program, PelvicSense share their insights on healing while on the program. Here are some:
"I’ve been feeling as though PelvicSense is providing the missing piece to my healing journey. I’ve seen so many physicians, had so many interventions but never felt that anyone I’ve seen has had a clue about what would fix my sitting pain. I’ve even had a physician shake his head and tell me that I might just have to accept that I’m one of the millions of people around the world destined to live the rest of their lives in chronic pain! "
On Move:
"With PelvicSense I feel as though I’ve at last found an exercise program that is helping target my areas of greatest inflexibility and lack of strength. With your guidance I’ve learnt to back off and go slowly, so if I have more pain after a move session, I wait a day or two before trying it again and don’t try so hard the second time."
On Pen and Paper Healing:
"For a very long time I’ve been resisting doing writing as a means of letting go of past emotional trauma. Having the Pen and Paper Healing activity pop up in PelvicSense, some wonderfully calming music to listen to as I wrote and some guiding thoughts in the prior Learn section, made it all the more palatable!"
Based on science and my 25 years personally treating 15,000 women with pelvic pain or distressful symptoms, please DO NOT accept that chronic pelvic issues are here for the rest of your life. Learn the steps to relieve pelvic issues for good at www.pelvicsense.com.
