New Circle Theatre Company

Dear New Circle Family,

Once again, it is with the heaviest of hearts that we must share with you the loss of our dear friend and colleague Alfonso Ramos.

Al was a Renaissance man in the true sense of the word. He was an accomplished actor, musician, song writer, lawyer, all around theatre guy, who had anything you needed and knew everyone you knew, even if you didn’t know it.

He pioneered the Tribeca Lab theatre in the 90’s, where he created a safe haven for actors and musicians to explore and create. He was a beloved member of NCTC since its inception, sat on its board, and provided outstanding live music for every Circle party with his fantastic band The Mercantilers.

Al was a great humanitarian and worked tirelessly to help the immigrant population negotiate the American legal system. He was deeply compassionate, smarter than almost anybody, and generous beyond measure. His creative energy, his sharp mind, his keen talent, his profound generosity and his kind and loving heart will be deeply and sorely missed by all of us at NCTC. He was truly loved by so many.

Our hearts are heavy with the news that our dear friend and colleague TOM BOZELL has passed away. He was part of New Circle from its inception, having been a long standing member of Circle Rep Lab. He was a talented, charming, kind and funny man, who did countless shows with our community. He will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with Peter and his family. Hail the goer! That which is remembered lives.

Dear Friends, Families, Colleagues and various partners in crimes,

I am writing this to let you know that I am officially launching my new Coaching/Mentoring practice .

I am very excited about it!

Many of you have either witnessed or been apart of my very eclectic array of personal, creative, and professional endeavors. You know the many roads I've traveled and so, have a sense of the experience and perspective I've gained along the way.
