Channeling my inner . If you know you know. Blackened string beans and, yes, New Orleans remoulade to go with them.

When the groom is British you make mini fish & chips with tarter & malt vinegar for cocktail hour. These were a hit!

Dessert trends for 2024, interactive dessert stations! Mmmmmmm… our s’mores station with homemade vanilla bean marshmallow, endangered species chocolate bars and gluten-free graham crackers! Tag someone who is getting married in 2024!
