Happy International Women's Day!

Today, March 1st is World Day of Prayer. Although the World Day of Prayer Services can be held on any date, people all over the world will be holding services today. We pray you will be able to take part in a service or prayer along with us wherever you are.

In 2023, WDP Palestine and WDPIC launched a new initiative. Young women passionate about WDP were invited to apply for a pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

In May, 2023, 14 participants were selected, representing the 7 regions
of the WDP movement. Plane tickets were purchased, passports were updated & visas were arranged. Then, in September, 2023, this group of young women started meeting by Zoom to prepare for the pilgrimage.

After the outbreak of violence on Oct 7, our plans became uncertain. On Oct 15, we gathered on Zoom to share our feelings and thoughts, ending our time with a prayer vigil. Unfortunately, our pilgrimage had to be postponed. Nevertheless, we kept meeting on Zoom. We mourned together, prayed together, hoped together.
