Similar to flowers, each person living with a rare disease is unique and beautiful. Last night, HH&Y partners got together to celebrate a very special work anniversary. Cheers to 20 years of working with Gary Liddell, Global CFO, Havas Health & You! 🎉

As Breast Cancer Awareness Month has officially wrapped up, we’re dedicating this week’s to Havas Chicago’s show-stopping office-window installations from past years.
In 2015, Havas Chicago began utilizing their lobby space to create provocative installations for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The agency decked out the windows of its offices with flashing pink and purple neon lights that read, "Topless Girls Girls Girls," and pedestrians who chose to take a peek were shown stark statistics of breast cancer written on n**e black mannequins.
The following year saw the agency continue to build on this idea of meaningful disruption with their activation, filling their lobby with balloons painted to look like breasts to teach people about tips and tricks for self-breast exams.
Most recently in 2017, Havas Chicago made a statement by turning its lobby into a fully functioning boxing ring and inviting guests to spar with the punching bag for the “Breast Cancer Fight Club” campaign. Punches were digitally tracked via wall monitors, with Havas donating 25 cents per hit to , a nonprofit group supporting the cause.
These purpose-driven campaigns effectively raised awareness about the disease, promoted ways to take an active role in your personal wellness, and spurred real change in the fight against breast cancer.

Menopause is an inevitable transition in a woman’s health journey, yet it is still considered a taboo topic. The lack of understanding and unwillingness to discuss the myriad of symptoms that come with this condition has led to a major educational gap and lack of awareness in our society.
In recognition of World Menopause Awareness Month, we're highlighting how is working to challenge outdated narratives and perceptions surrounding menopause by encouraging more open, transparent, and factual discourse on the topic across the healthcare industry.
H4B Chelsea's Chief Creative Officer, Laura Mizrahi, along with a panel of experts including Havas Creative Network’s Tamara Greene, participated in Havas' “Unpausing Menopause” panel during this year's Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, where they discussed how new generations of women are beginning to drive change towards a necessary societal shift.
“Millennials are really going to change the conversation. They are going to demand technology, transparency, inclusivity, access to information and the tools to have better conversations with their HCPs,” shared Mizrahi.

This , we are highlighting Havas Life Sorento’s partnership with the American Oncology Institute (AOI) on campaign.
Earlier this year, designed in response to rising rates of breast cancer in India. The campaign initiative was to serve as a personal reminder for women to prioritize their health by making the ‘6-step’ breast self-exam process a part of their daily routine.
“We realized that while women were aware of the ‘6-steps,’ they rarely followed up on it, owing to busy schedules or general lack of concern. As a result, we saw it as a challenge to think outside the box,” shared Sangeeta Barde, CEO of Havas Life Sorento India and Regional Head of Havas Health & You Middle East.
The team’s approach was finding a new way to get this message in front of their audience. The final result was the limited edition ‘Breast Cancer Push Away Bra’ – an underwire bra with the ‘6-steps’ for self-exams printed on it.
