International Women’s Day Theme:
“In 2024, the campaign theme Inspire Inclusion emphasizes the importance of diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society.
This year’s campaign theme underscores the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected. Inspire Inclusion encourages everyone to recognize the unique perspectives and contributions of women from all walks of life, including those from marginalized communities.”

Exciting news! We are global now and you can experience classes with teachers in Paris too. We are joined again by our favorite for NYC DANCE WEEK 2023 - She teaches Somatic movements and Nia
In somatic dance classes, we raise our physical awareness and hone our ability to notice sensations and find feelings of joy and pleasure as we move. I create a space where you get to know your unique voice as a mover and learn to use more diverse kinds of movements. We improvise, develop stamina, and become more creative and free as we move. We connect to the emotions, the soul, and imagination through movement. The classes feel soothing, energizing, liberating, and strengthening. You will feel like a dancer. The techniques that I teach are Nia dance and JourneyDance.
Nia is a mind-body movement practice developed by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Aya Rosas in the United States in the 1980s
Also featured this year is - yoga and ballet combined to provide a whole recipe for success.
Yoga as a spiritual discipline fully supports dance, which is both a physical and spiritual manifestation of our humanity. When the yogi and dancer in us meet the interplay of their energies gives birth to a theater fueled not by their search for stardom, but by their quest for the betterment of humanity. The ultimate purpose of yoga is to prepare practitioners to develop a personal discipline and daily yoga practice in order to exercise introspection, build self-awareness and ultimately achieve growth
