Enrollment is still open for our summer semester! Our early childhood music class is both educational and fun for young students who are just beginning their study of music. Children from the ages of 2 to 4 years old learn basic musical concepts through percussion instruments, listening, singing, and movement. Our neighbors The ShowingHearts Foundation hosted an amazing Community Resource Fair at our venue! It was such a great way to engage with the community, give away free items, and showcase all the various and extensive resources offered in our community! 🤩🎶

Our students at Step by Step Early Childhood Center singing and dancing to "Che Che Kule", a Ghanan children's folk song, used to teach musical concepts like tempo and rhythm as well as vocal technique. Every Saturday is full of energy and music with Keiko Kids! Bring your preschooler for fundamental learning, play, and movement. This class provides a natural transition into instrumental lessons for students ages 2 to 4 years old with our curriculum utilizing age-appropriate activities to fine tune motor skills and develop inner-hearing. We are thrilled to announce that our Spring Recitals will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2024! All three shows will feature live performances by students and instructors on all instruments. This is an outstanding event for students to share their talents and what they’ve learned thus far. We are confident that they will all do well!

Be sure to mark your calendars! As the date draws closer, students are already beginning to prepare their pieces to perform.

Performers and guardians will receive recital time assignments in the upcoming weeks. We ask that all students continue practicing at home as much as possible!
