In an effort to support local distilleries, we’re now dedicating a whole section of our cocktail menu at & to Negroni made with at least two New York State products. Tonight’s addition is “The Upstate Negroni” featuring Isolation Proof Gin and Method Vermouth. It might be our new favorite.

A huge thank you to our dear friend and amazing artist, David Ellis ( ) for the beautiful flow style mural he painted on our bathroom walls after we received some water damage from the storms last week. It was such a kind and generous gesture, and really emblematic of all of the support we’ve received from our amazing community during the last year and half. Thank you David, and thank you everyone for keeping us going.

For all our vegetarian people out there, check out the new lasagna. Fresh pasta, basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, besciamella & parmigiano.

New pinsa on the menu tonight, the “Zucca Ricotta”. Roasted squash, broccoli rabe, prosciutto cotto, fresh imported ricotta.

Our Valentine’s Meal-Kit is now available for pre-order on our Online Marketplace. $75 four-course dinner for two, with optional wine pairing. Check out the menu below. This meal-kit is only available for pick-up or delivery on Saturday, Feb 13th. All the dishes are prepped and packed for the fridge with very easy-to-follow reheating instructions. Wine pairings will come in small glass bottles with detailed descriptions of each wine. Vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free options available.
First course:
Pheasant terrine with sour cherries, or Winter squash/cauliflower soup with fresh oregano
Second course:
Baked Pasticcio with Busiate pasta, braised duck & mushrooms
Third course:
Piedmontese beef stew with pancetta & pearl onions, or locally caught calamari braised with tomatoes & Swiss chard
Dessert:
Apple Sfoglia (puff pastry) with custard cream and poached strawberries
