The sumptuous yet humble Mille Nonne Ricotta Cheesecake.🍰

Its base is made with the same dough of our turmeric & Olive Oil Cookies. On that base, a lot of richness takes shape, and it’s topped with our House-made mix Berries compote w/ Cardamom and with luscious Orange caramelized zest that gives a little acidic kick.
It’s humble because it’s natural and freshly made, but it’s sumptuous once it touches your tasting buds😋

We really love reinterpreting classic dishes with our own kick.
Influenced by Roman Cacio e Pepe pasta and by the classic American dish, Mille Nonne Mac & Cheese is lighter (it has our gentle béchamel) it’s zero-waste in a crunchy way (it has breadcrumbs from our croutons) and it’s a little pungent because of Pepper Jack and imported Italian aged Cheese.
We had a lot of fun testing this recipe and we love to see its golden creamy/crunchy look every time it comes out of the oven.
