Job Description:
Supporting the events managers with logistical and administrative support
Placing orders with vendors
Booking transportation for out of town events
Coordinating daily needs with the kitchen and communicating effectively between teams
Maintaining the delivery sheet up to date for our delivery partner
Printing supporting materials for events (Menus, Banners, Stickers)
Coordinating Meetings & Office Maintenance (IT, Office Supplies, Schedules)
Occasionally going on events to assist event director in setting up the event Following-up with accounting to make sure all events have been invoiced and paid for
Maintaining office documents up to date (passwords, vendors, event pictures) Answering the phones and take messages
Placing Staff orders
Creating Mood Boards for events

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Fluency in English & French, Spanish a plus
Experience in the F&B industry a plus
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
Pack Office proficiency
Team player
Eager to contribute new ideas
Ability to occasionally lift boxes

We are hopeful that this finds you and your loved ones well as we continue to charter these unpredictable times.

Since Mid-March of this year our team has been hard at work. We have come together with those in our community and have been working tirelessly to support each other and those around us in need. This unconditional support has been uplifting and given us an important purpose.

We collaborate with our devoted clients and are constantly evolving interesting ways to continue working together. Through these collaborations we have given birth to our Tastings 2.0, , Epicerie and Tastings Cuisine online ordering.

Our team has been relentless in doing their part for our community, clients and for Tastings, Mountain Bird and Gaudir. Without their dedication, faith, determination and loyalty our work would not be possible.

I would like to give thanks for everyone's support during these extremely challenging times. I am grateful. We still have many hurdles ahead of us, but I know in my heart that we will persevere. Together through our strength, tolerance, kindness and science we are simply.... better together, stronger together.

May we continue to appreciate the simple aspects of our lives and give thanks for all that we are grateful for now more than ever.
