Whether you are celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, this recipe is sure to be the perfect sweet treat!
Strawberry Tiramisu
In a medium bowl, combine 8 oz mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on high for 1 minute.
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup Strawberry Daiquiri Jam, 1/4 cup prosecco and a tbsp balsamic vinegar. Mix until combined. Dip 12 ladyfingers in the mixture until fully coated.
Layer bottom layer of a glass 8”x8” baking dish. Then spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the lady fingers until they are covered.. Slice 1 cup strawberries and layer over the top of the mixture.
Repeat with a second layer of 12 lady fingers and spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over them until covered. Add a second cup of sliced strawberries to the top.
Cover your dessert with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hours.
Once chilled, unwrap and dig in!
Kick off your meal prep for the big game with our amazing savory fig meatballs!
Savory Fig Meatballs
In a large bowl combine 3 eggs, 1 whole white onion (chopped), 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs, 3/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 3 large garlic cloves (minced), 1 tablespoon italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp salt, & 1 tsp pepper. Add in 1 1/2 pounds of beef and 1 1/2 pounds of pork. Mix gently with hands until combined.
Once combined use 2 tablespoons of meat to form the meatballs (this should make 48 meatballs).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper & baste each meatball with the savory fig glaze.
To make the glaze combine 2/3 cup savory fig jam, 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze & 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce. Mix well until glaze is formed. Once each meatball has been completely glazed with the savory fig glaze, bake at 400° for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs have an internal temperature of 165°.
Garnish with parsley & serve!

Dandelion jelly is made from the yellow petals of this common unsuspecting w**d. Reminiscent of honey, the soft floral tones underscore the early days of spring.
Try making this peach galette with our seasonal dandelion jelly!
Start by thinly slicing 6 peaches. Add them to a pan with one jar of dandelion jelly & sauté on low for about 5 minutes. Make sure the peaches are completely coated in jelly. Remove from heat.
Thaw a puff pastry, add to a pie dish & add in glazed peaches. Fold the corners of the puff pastry & bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until the puff pastry in golden brown.
Serve with cool whip or ice cream & enjoy!

Naan Breakfast Pizza with Hot Pepper Jelly 🔥
We’re bringing the heat to your breakfast table with this breakfast pizza!
To make it start with a piece of naan bread & top with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Top with a sunny side up fried egg & turkey bacon bits. Drizzle a tablespoon of hot pepper jelly on top & sprinkle parsley on top & serve hot!

3 Ingredient Blueberry Donuts made with our Blueberry Bourbon Ginger Jam! 🫐🫐🫐
To make them combine 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberry jam & 1 cup of flour. Mix well & add to a greased donut pan. Bake at 350° for 17-20 minutes. Let them cool & glaze with lemon icing. To make the lemon icing combine 1 cup of powdered sugar & 1 Tbsp of lemon juice. Mix well & glaze over donuts.
