This is Tony. Today he would have been 83. He was the man who envisioned and created the “Park Side” 43 years ago. You could pull up on any given day and see him sitting on a bench smoking his cigar, valet parking cars or bussing tables inside the restaurant.
He put so much hard work and dedication into training his staff and his business that it has managed to survive despite his absence. His presence lives on through all of us 🕯️
