Designed by architect R.H. Robertson, 150 Nassau Street is located on the former "Newspaper Row" in the financial district.

The incredible structure was built in 1895 and was not only one of the tallest, but one of the first buildings to utilize a steel skeletal frame. Over 2,600 tons of metal was used in the construction and required the largest crane in New York City to erect.

Originally built as the headquarters for the American Tract Society (ATS), a nonprofit company that printed and distributed religious tracts. After ATS filed for bankruptcy, New York Life Insurance Company took over the building and eventually sold it to Pace University in 1967 with plans to demolish the building.

After the demolition plans were scrapped, Nassau Equities purchased the building, it was designated a NYC landmark in 1999 and then underwent renovations in 2001 before being converted to 125 luxury condominiums.

Originally completed in 1953 this site was home to the East Side Airline Terminal. Occupying the full block of First Avenue between 37th and 38th Street, the East Side Airline Terminal was the location where airline passengers would go to purchase tickets, check their luggage and get transportation to Laguardia, JFK and Newark airports.

By the 1970's, the airports started to offer baggage handling and ticket sales making these terminals obsolete. After continuing to struggle, the site was sold to developers in 1985.

After the terminal was demolished, the developers, including Bernard Spitzer (Elliot Spitzer's Father), built The Corinthian. An 853 unit full service condominium.

Completed in 1989, the Corinthian was the largest residential building in NYC at the time. The building features a 24 hour concierge, 17,000 SF fitness center, indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room golf simulator, roof deck with walking path, kids playroom and resident lounge.
