What an awesome Senior Recognition Service we had at church yesterday. Congratulations Sophey and Lillie. In the words of Dr. Seuss “Oh, the places you will go”. Reach for the stars ladies. So proud of both of you.

What an awesome shower on Saturday for the Ansley’s to get ready to welcome Ivey Jane. I can’t wait to meet her.

Who else is excited about tomorrow?? After a long couple of months Bro. Cody Ansley will be bringing our first message as our pastor. Come hear his message “Arise And Go” from Joshua 1:1-9. Invite your family, invite your friends, if you don’t have a church home come and join us. So excited to see what God has in store for Sargent Baptist. Sunday School at 9:45; worship service at 11:00. Hope to see you there. Let’s welcome Bro. Cody, Jessi, Cason, Asher, Emory and Griffy to their new home. To God Be The Glory.

On this first day of 2024 there is lots of excitement in the air at Sargent Baptist. God saw us be faithful in waiting for the Pastor He had chosen for us. So so happy to announce that this coming Sunday Pastor Cody Ansley will preach his first message as our Pastor. It’s going to be a busy week for Bro. Cody and his family as they relocate to Newnan from Milledgeville. Please be in prayer for his family as they make this transition. Please come out and help us welcome Bro. Cody and his family. If you don’t have a church home please come and join us.

Fun times tonight at our Christmas Dinner. Bro. Cody, Jessi and the boys were with us tonight. A few more weeks and they will be with us. ♥️
