NEW TRAINER @ THE HAUS 🚨‼️ Meet

Shanie ‘Smash’ McCullough began training and competing in mixed martial arts in 2011 as a way to empower herself after becoming a young single mother of two. She is a former pro fighter with a 2-0 MMA record and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt. Her passion for training grew into a passion for teaching others to find their inner fighter, build confidence, and transform themselves both physically and mentally. She has been in the fitness industry since 2012 as a coach specializing in combat sports: boxing, kickboxing, MMA, self defense, strength, conditioning, HIIT, personal and group training, and programming. She is an international virtual trainer, plant based athlete, and fit mom.

KIDS BOXING CAMP!

Little CHAMPS is for kids 6-12 years of age! They are taught basic stance, footwork, punching combinations on the boxing bags. They will go through a variety of boxing fundamentals & drills to increase their overall physical conditioning and mental focus!
